Warranty

The 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of the poplar wood bowl holder with a water-based finish compliant with EN71.
The warranty starts from the date of purchase and is activated upon presentation of proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• prolonged exposure to water or atmospheric agents (outdoor use not covered),

• failure to dry the product after each use,

• storage in excessively damp or unsuitable environments,

• improper use or unauthorized alterations.

• Cleaning with aggressive chemical agents

To activate the warranty, the customer must return the product intact for verification at our service center.
In case of a recognized defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one at no additional cost.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
